Vasudha Jain Classes offers Online and offline educational services in CMA and CA Courses. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. Maintain the security of your password and account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

 

4. Payment Terms

By enrolling in a course, you agree to pay the specified fees. All payments must be made on due date, and failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your registration.

 

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Please carefully review your order before confirming your purchase. All sales are considered Final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any course(s) sold through our website or APP.

 

6. Intellectual Property

We own the Vasudha jain Classes Platform and services, including the website, present or future apps and services, and things like our logos, API, code and content created by our employees or vendor. You can’t tamper with those or use them without authorization.

 Vasudha Jain classes shall not be liable for failure to perform or the delay in performance of, any of its obligations if, and to the extent that, such failure or delay is caused by events substantially beyond the its control, including but not limited to acts of God, acts of public enemy or governmental body in its sovereign or contractual capacity, war, terrorism, flood, strike, fire, epidemic, civil unrest or riots, power outage and / or unusually severe weather.

These terms and conditions are published in accordance with the Provisions of Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries guidelines) Rules, 2011 that requires publishing the rules and regulations, privacy policy and terms and conditions for access or usage of the VASUDHA JAIN CLASSES WEBSITE AND APP.

The terms and conditions are governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India without reference to conflict of laws principle and you irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi, India.
